In-stock items will almost always leave our store (via UPS) within 24 hours of order placement.
Returns:
Within 30 days of delivery you may return any music title or accessory item in new condition, with original packaging and components. This policy excludes mouthpieces and reeds which cannot be returned, for any reason, after delivery.
Within 7 days of delivery you may return any musical instrument in new or original condition, with original packaging and components.
All returns must first be approved by a PM Music Center representative.
