Ash Fitzwater
Ash has been teaching violin, viola, and piano since 2011. He performs in the Chicago area, and currently performs with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra and the Rock Symphony.
He has a Master’s Degree from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Wichita State University, both in violin performance.

Bruce Henry
Bruce possesses a three-octave range, a pure voice with versatility few can match. Bruce's music has taken him to five continents and he has recorded for Disney, HBO, and numerous national ad campaigns.
Christina Pappa Washington
Christina Pappa Washington is a classically trained mezzo-soprano with over a decade of experience across a wide range of vocal styles, including musical theater, jazz, R&B, pop, rock, and opera. She earned her Bachelor of Music Education with K–12 Vocal and General Certification from the University of Wisconsin–Madison where she also received the Ida and Fanny Drubeck Vocal Award.
Christina has been teaching voice since 2018 to students of all ages and abilities from beginner to advanced. During this time she has mentored over 100 students, helping them grow as musicians while sparking their creativity and confidence.
Now back in her hometown, Christina is thrilled to share her love of music and teaching with students in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Dave Doubek
Dave's teaching career with PM started in 1999. He fell in love with the piano at the age of seven and enjoys sharing his love of music with students of all ages.
Dave's education includes over 25 years of private study and specializes in many different styles including classical, jazz, pop, rock, and folk.
Dave Feltenberger
Fred Cantu
Fred has been teaching private lessons for over 30 years. He studied trumpet performance, voice and music education at Roosevelt University and is very comfortable teaching many vocal styles.
As a vocalist Fred has been a featured artist at the Chicago Jazz Fest, Viva Chicago, Telluride Jazz Fest, Aspen Snow Mass Fest, Detroit Jazz Fest, and Sangria Fest. Fred released his second album M.F.G. in 2021 and is currently working on his third album.
John Springbrunn
John retired after 32 years as a high school band and orchestra director where he also taught piano, AP music theory, and jazz band. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Education and is president of the Illinois chapter of Phi Beta Mu, an international organization that honors outstanding band directors.
He is a former member of the Fox Valley Concert Band and is currently the founder, musical arranger and leader of the Chicago Tribute Anthology--a festival band that performs throughout the Midwest.
